Wow! That was a major collection. I think it is interesting that the blue dress went for almost twice as much as the ruby slippers.

That's really cool of Debbie Reynolds to have saved all those things.

Just incase you don't know the complete story :

The very great and funny Debbie Reynolds has been trying for many, many years to open a museum to display all of these amazing items.
She lists this as one of her biggest failures. She tried so very hard to set up the museum but it never worked out. Her goal was to keep this collection together so the public could view it.
She was very sad that it was pieced out to individuals. But i felt by listening to her that she tried her darnest and it didn't work out but she is a peace with it.

Angel I would very much enjoy a 78 year old with her attitude and spunk on this forum. Oh how i pray for a great grand person to step it up on here. Angel
