I have to believe that they've got DNA, finger prints, witnesses, checks, and maybe even a positive blood test. I agree with Rupert, Roger is a proud man, but pride can wane quickly in the face of 5 to 10 with Bubba and friends. I'd roll-over in a second... in the legal sense that is.

I agree with that Fred. It is hard to get into someone's head, but my guess is that he was going on pride and ego trying to protect his reputation. He was still doing so when he testifyed, when he should have been invoking the 5th. At this point I think Fred's theory is right on and we will see in the coming months.

As you have noticed Naps, all the good athletes are full of themselves, a product of having natural ability and being more successful than most as one of many reasons. I doubt that any attorney advised him to testify at congress, rather told him to take the 5th. That is a guess on my part, but based on experience.
