What could be better then two Saturday overtime games where all the teams are beating the snot out of each other during a heavy snowstorm.

Not much I can think of. Who do you like this year? It's hard to pick when last years two teams get beat the first game in the playoffs.

i think the Ravens will win unless Troy Polamalu makes the big play

the jets may get lucky but new england is on a silent but deadly mission to get to the super bowl.

THEN AGAIN the playoffs have already had some surprises.

Falcons over Packers (I really want the Pack to win, but its hard to win on the road in the playoffs.)

Bears over Seattle

Ravens over Steelers

Pats over Jets (Again, I really wan the Jets to pull the upset. I hate the Patriots.)

I checked your list Sooner1 and I have to agree on it. I would go with Pittsburg, but I think they are playing at Baltimore and the Ravens are ready to make them eat, er a crow.

Sooner1 tell me that you just made up that story. If not i am very glad you made it out alive. Something must of been in the air, cause i did two dumb things yesterday and one of them left a temporary mark.

I never wanted to say this to U but keep it clean!

And i am talking about your glass gashes.

The Ravens/Steelers game just might be a classic game. I was thinking the game was at Baltimore too, but its at Pittsburgh. So, that kind of changes my thoughts a bit. The Steelmen are 5-3 at home this year. BUT they don't play too many defenses like the Ravens. Those guys are beasts. If Flacco can get in a groove like he was against KC, then the Steelers are doomed. Either way, its almost a toss up.

Rupe, my cuts are so clean, they are nearly non-existent. Cool

If Seattle beats Chicago, I think it would hilarious. I'm no Pete Carroll fan. In fact, I really don't like him. But how funny would be to have an NFC Championship game with a team that made the playoffs with a losing record?

Looks like we got one pick out of four Sooner1. This is an unusual playoff year for sure. I think I will keep my day job.

I don't feel bad about being wrong though because I wanted the Pack and Jets to win. I just didn't think they would.

What the heck are we going to talk about after football is over? Bring back the USFL!

I have been to three high school basketball games my grandson played in and one my grandniece, a fifth grader played this past week, but I have a hard time getting into college or pro basketball right now. There is always arena football, but I haven't been able to get into that yet either. I do like to watch Sooner women's basketball and college girls softball, a fast paced game.

Despite my moniker, I've rarely ever been compelled to get into anything but the NBA as far as basketball goes. I do love to watch live baseball games. Not on tv. That's boring as heck. Not golf boring, but boring nonetheless.

I loved high school as well as little league baseball growing up, but have a hard time getting into baseball on tv, until the playoff's. I played fastpitch softball as an adult and appreciate how hard it is to hit the ball, because the mound is closer. The rise ball breaks upward and hard to hit, maybe foul off. The fastpitch ball is smaller than the slow-pitch ball and looks like a golf ball when it gets to you. I had to shorten up my baseball swing and it took the second season, before I was hitting it normally. The college girls game is faster than baseball and seven innings.
